SURGERY UPDATE

As of Monday 16th March, all new routine appointments will be suspended.  If you have a routine appointment, please do not come to the surgery if you have any symptoms… cough, fever or shortness of breath. Patients with appointments will be contacted by the surgery and will be offered a telephone consultation if requiring attention.

As you know there is daily advice regarding COVID-19 and the surgery is following this closely.  Our biggest aim is to keep all our patients and staff safe and healthy.  We will keep you up-to-date on any service changes on this site when it happens. We do appreciate your patience during this time.

We are aware that some people are feeling worried about contacting their GP Surgery for advice and care, or contacting them much later than they would normally if they are unwell.

We want to assure you that your GP Surgery still expects and wants to hear from you if you need them- not just for Coronavirus related symptoms.

If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to telephone your surgery, but please don’t turn up there in person. You will be offered a telephone or video call with the relevant Health Professional and only if they feel it is necessary, you will be invited in for further assessment.

If you have symptoms of Coronavirus and need to be seen, this will be in a designated area.

  • We have been advised by the Welsh Government to suspend all online appointment booking.  You will no longer be able to book an appointment through MHOL until further notice.  This facility has now been disabled from your MHOL accounts.  Please contact the surgery if you require to see a doctor
